Located in the heart of Davis Square Somerville, the Boston Burger Company is the brand new brain-child of Paul Malvone. Paul used to work for the post office, but now all he delivers are thick juicy burgers piled high with toppings.

Paul Malvone - Boston Burger Company: "Pretty much everything we do here, you're getting a good sized portion. We don't do anything small, we're not small people, we don't want to do small."

And there's nothing small about The Jumbo. This one pound beast features two black angus patties, smothered in melted cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, crisp bacon, and tangy barbecue sauce.

Meghan O'Connor - Boston Burger Company: "It definitely never fails to shock people when I put it down in front of them... Most people go, like a chorus of 'Whooooa.'"

Loaded with three cheeses, a fried egg, ham, bacon, onions, peppers, and mushrooms, the Kitchen Sink is a messy monstrosity requiring plenty of napkins, your carbon footprint be damned.

Meghan O'Connor - Boston Burger Company: "The people in this area are very eco-conscious, so they don't want to ask for extra napkins, so they walk out of here with very messy looking faces, and it's hilarious."

Every burger at the Boston Burger Company comes with a side of addictive homemade potato chips. For a few bucks more, you can order a big bowl of thick cut fries, either plain, or tossed with toppings, like garlic, shaved parmesan and butter.

But the best fries to try are the BBC Sweet Potato Fries. These are no ordinary spud sticks. They're dusted with a shower of cinnamon and drizzled with rich caramel sauce, making them the sweetest appetizer around.
