The May Cereal Killer Frappe Square.jpg

Cereal and milk for breakfast is one thing, but cereal and ice cream is another. It's way better. Er, freakier. We don't play around with our monthly frappe specials, and this on is sure to give you a [Rice Krispies] treat. Here's how to make it at home. That is, if you're crazy enough not to be running to one of the restaurants to suck one down.

  • 8 oz. vanilla ice cream
  • 6 oz. whole milk
  • vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles
  • 1 Rice Krispies treat
  • strawberry puree
  • whipped cream

  1.  Coat top two inches of a pint glass with vanilla frosting. Don't be afraid to lay it on thick. Toss some Fruity Pebbles on a plate, then roll frosted glass onto sprinkles to coat rim. Repeat if necessary. The more, the better!
  2. In a blender, whip ice cream, milk, and a handful of Fruity Pebbles. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Drizzle inside of pint glass with strawberry syrup. Pour frappe in glass.
  4. Spread vanilla frosting on one side of the Rice Krispies treat. Roll onto Fruity Pebbles to coat. Place on top of the glass, or use a skewer to add it as a garnish. Top with whipped cream and extra Fruity Pebbles. Slurp, slurp, ENJOY!!!

We're running this special through May. Do NOT miss it!!

Pulled Pork That You Will Want to Put on Every Carb

Today is throw a bunch of meat in a pan kind of day. And we can help.

Not only is our Pulled Pork recipe an easy way to take away from holiday stress, it tastes freaking delicious and can be used in so many ways.

Toss it on some bakery fresh buns or a eat plain. We also aren't afraid to throw it on top of our mac & cheese or just go the whole nine yards and put all of the above on a burger. Have you tried our WTF Burger on BurgaBox? It is probably the most ridiculous meal you will ever eat.

Basically, the options are endless and pulled pork will always be a crowd favorite.

Here are the ingredients...

  • 8lbs of pork
  • 1tbs salt
  • 1tbs Black Pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2oz brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce
  • 3/4 cup of Molasses
  • 2 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup water

Here's how to cook it all up...

In a large pan, slice the pork into cubes.

Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar and onion powder into a separate bowl. Throughly rub the cubed pork until evenly covered.

Add your choice of BBQ sauce, molasses and water to the pork in the pan and mix throughly. The liquid should cover all of the pork.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place in oven at 500 degrees for one hour.

After an hour reduce heat for 300 for 3 hours.

Next, pull the pork apart with two forks in pan until all of the pieces are completely shredded and soaking in cooking liquid.

Now it's time to feast!

And if you're not much of a cook, we can just do all of the work. BurgaBox will send our Pulled Pork with homemade mac & cheese and our WTF Burger right to your doorstep. Just give us the signal and we will be there.

7 Ways to Step Up your Thanksgiving LeftOvers Game

Thanksgiving is over but that doesn't mean your food bender has to be. It's time to open your fridge and conquer all of that extra turkey and put it to good use. This year, take your leftovers to the next level with these 7 recipes. They will surely be gobbled up by the end of the weekend.

The Pilgrim: aka a turkey gobbler on steroids. We serve it at all 3 restaurant locations but you can follow our lead and make one yourself. All you need is cranberry mayo, a turkey burger and some stuffing to make this the perfect post-Thanksgiving sandwich.

Cranberry Tartlets: Because Martha Stewart's recipes always come through.

Eggs Benedict: We recommend using left over gravy instead of the classic hollandaise sauce.

Apple Butter: A great and delicious way to use your leftover apples. If you're not sure which type of apples to use...we have a guide.

Turkey Chili by Boston Burger Company: Use the recipe we gave you for our beef chili and substitute with turkey. Get crazy and throw that shizz on French fries.

Mashed Potato Spring Rolls: Simple and very delicious. Again, we recommend using gravy as a dipping sauce. It will not disappoint.
